As the Founder and Managing Director of Kajy Management, he works closely with business owners and executive teams to improve execution, strengthen operational structure, and support sustainable growth. He is also the Founder and Managing Partner of BrightView Care, a behavioral health services organization created to deliver evidence-based care within scalable and compliant systems.
Kevin began his professional career in mortgage lending and financial services, where early roles emphasized sales execution, regulatory compliance, and consistent performance. These positions required attention to detail and accountability, which shaped his approach to leadership. As his experience expanded, his responsibilities moved beyond individual production into managing teams, overseeing pipelines, and coordinating daily operations.
Over more than 15 years, Kajy held senior leadership positions at multiple financial institutions, including Branch Manager, Team Leader, Loan Officer, and Owner. In these roles, he was responsible for daily branch operations, staffing, sales production, and compliance oversight. He led teams through changing market conditions while maintaining operational discipline. His responsibilities included recruiting and training staff, supervising loan production, reviewing files for quality and compliance, and ensuring that branch operations met institutional and regulatory standards.
From 2013 through 2020, Kevin served as a Branch Manager in Michigan, providing steady leadership amid regulatory change and market pressure. These roles required a clear understanding of compliance expectations, market dynamics, and team performance management. Since 2021, he has continued his involvement in lending as an Owner and Mortgage Loan Originator, maintaining direct production responsibilities while expanding his broader executive focus.
After establishing himself as a senior leader in financial services, Kajy transitioned into ownership and consulting. In 2017, he founded Kajy Management to help growing businesses address operational gaps, improve execution, and prepare for scale. His consulting work is grounded in practical, real-world experience and focuses on organizational structure, performance measurement, and leadership accountability.
In healthcare, Kevin oversees BrightView Care with responsibility for executive strategy, operational infrastructure, and organizational development. Behavioral health operations involve complex licensing, documentation, and oversight requirements, which he addresses through strong internal controls and disciplined systems.
